Fundraising

WINTERFEST was a huge Success!- Last Friday, the McGlynn community came together for a night of fun at Winterfest. Families enjoyed twister, drawful, freeze dance, crafts, and even taping Mrs. Guarino to the wall, all while raising nearly $700 for student enrichment. This would not have been possible without all the community members willing to volunteer their time both before and during the event. A big thanks to everyone who came together to make this event happen! Check out pictures from the event and from the photo booth.
First McGlynn Elementary Read-a-thon - Last week our students READ LIKE CRAZY for the First Annual Read-a-thon. This week students who participated should collect funds for their sponsors to be turned in by February 8th. Students do not need to raise money to participate and earn great prizes including the opportunity to attend an award ceremony with the Mayor. A big thanks to Sharon Tomasulo and Mrs. Collins for taking on the Read-a-thon for the McGlynn! If you have any Read-a-thon questions, please reach out to Sharon sharon@tomasulo.net.
